We are excited to announce that the amendment to the Town’s planned development has been approved. On August 19, the Town’s Board of Trustees voted in favor of the amendment 6-1. Thank you to all of you who have supported the Town Center and showed that in multiple ways: signing petitions, sending emails, attending meetings, and sharing information with friends and neighbors. The support of the Superior residents was a major factor in the success of the amendment.

The proposed amendment to the approved Planned Development Plan will provide clarification to assure that the stated goals of a pedestrian oriented Town Center with an appropriate mix of land uses is achieved based upon current market conditions.

The proposed changes to the approved Design Guidelines provide for less office, retail and residential and more civic, recreation and parks.
